daily routine
includes
yoga postures, meditation, as well as morning and evening classes
on selected topics. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided and there will be free time for exploring, hiking
and solitude.

Meals
consist of
lovingly
prepared organic vegetarian cuisine and we also specialize in gluten free diets. We have a sizeable garden and rapidly
maturing orchard from which most of our food is harvested.

Accommodations include
13 foot round cabins with furnishing and electricity. Fresh linens, blankets and towels are supplied. These are really nice and cozy!
